Why would ask someone to do something illegal out here in a public place?

You can't use someone else's key as it's unique for their own computer.
And if you download an illegel one from a p2p site, there is a chance:
a) of getting a virus with the file
b) Microsoft can now trace illegal copies and can shut down your computer
c) You won't be able to get Windows Updates and your computer will be vulnerable to security attacks.

it is better to report to MS service support center. anybody's key might disable not only your pc but also others.
