if full code for 20 minutes how big risk of brain damage?

It depends on a lot of things such a temperature. The brain without oxygen for a couple of minutes is dangerous at normal temperatures. Full code for 20 minutes at average temperatures. Sure thing, brain damage for sure. Revival is very questionable unless living on life support systems.

if cpr was performed correctly the whole time, about 50/50. however, if it wasn't done properly, or soon enough(usually within just 2 or 3 minutes) then100% risk of brain damage.
