Well, I'm a guy with a foot fetish, so I feel qualified to answer this.
A guy with a foot fetish gets sexual enjoyment out of women's feet. Toe sucking, foot licking/kissing, foot smelling, giving foot massages, having a woman put her feet in your face, or anywhere on your body for that matter, are all aspects of the male foot fetish. However, some guys may enjoy giving a foot massage, but be repulsed at the thought of sucking toes. Some may enjoy having a woman rub her feet in his face, some may not enjoy it as much. Some guys like small feet, some like large feet. Painted/unpainted nails, short/long toenails, it all varies with the person.
Personally, I love medium sized (size 6-8) feet with high arches and short painted toenails.

You can have a fetish for anything. Lots of people have foot fetish. Some people like to lick, some like to smell, some like to suck, some like to be stood on. There's nothing wrong in it. If you have a foot fetish then you already know all about it. A fetish is whatever makes you tick. I see you are in London - there are a Foot Fetish Party in London and I'm sure there must be others.

What ever floats your boat, to each its own. Poop fetish sounds extreme but a foot fetish is pretty common 80% of people who have a fetish its usually feet and it doesn't mean there going to go crazy and eat your toe nails it just means they find it attractive when a girl has nice pretty pedicured feet. Personally i like when a girl takes good care of her feet and the rest of her body,But i also been with girls who hate feet and had pretty messed up feet,A wise woman always told me a girl who doesn't take care of her feet most likely doesn't take care of her vagina.. ew
