I'm sure you've eaten by now, but here's one for you anyway...

"Tuna Skillet Supper" - 4 to 6 servings

1 (1 oz.) packet Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup milk
8 oz. spiral-shaped pasta; cooked and drained
2 cups frozen peas
2 (6 oz.) can tuna; drained

In blender container, combine dressing mix, cream cheese and milk. Pour over pasta, peas and tuna in large skillet. Cook over low heat until hot.

yep.. you can make it without cream of mushroom soup..
make a white sauce (like thin gravy) 2 Tablespoons of regular flour and 2 cups of milk.. 2 Tbsp butter..
melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour, then while whisking the flour, gently pour the milk in.. whisking all the while.. after this bubbles and gets thickish.. add salt and black pepper to taste.. use this in place of the cream of mushroom soup...

if you have some flour you can make a basic white sauce

it's ok to use regular instead of salted butter-- I do it all the time. Also, the spices are optional since you'll be seasoning the casserole.

Good luck.
