It depends upon your goal of entering into these games. If you are trying to be professional one..sticking both game has more good things than any bad. But if you are amature one, I guess, try one and later join another. Second it depends on your age, your involvement in the game also. If you are a new entrants (which I guess from your question also) to both the game, stick to only one and try your best to do it. Later you can enter to another and you will find that the second one will be much easier for you than the first one.
Therefore, the best thing could be that you stick to kickboxing and let your brother to stick to Judo or do vice versa and share the knowlege with each other.

Do both and you will be excellent fighters. If you ever wanted to compete in MMA those two together are a great combination.
If you wanted to be a pro kickboxer or an olympic judo athlete then you have to focus on one and do the other casually.

If you want to be a well rounded martial artist then you should continue both. Also, if possible you should incorporate brazilian jujitsu as well for the ground work. If your goal is to become a champion thai or judo comptetitor then you have to stick to one.

Depends if you want a work out do both if you want to be a master just do one then move to a norther fighting form

do both. u will be more well rounded in martial arts....kickboxing is for sprawl and judo is for brawl. see?
