First date, second date, three weeks, wait till you're married?

IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST SIX MONTHS FOR ME. I LIKE TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PERSON I SLEEP WITH IS GOING TO BE WORTH IT.

I TAKE PHYSICAL INTIMACY VERY SERIOUSLY, AND I AM VERY CAUTIOUS ABOUT THE KIND OF MEN I GET INVOLVED WITH.

This is different for everyone and every relationship, depending on your own beliefs and the person you are with, your age and experience, and the commitment you have to each other.

In general, sleeping together too soon can ruin the relationship. But there are people who have sex the same day they meet or a week later and are still married. It's best to get to know someone, and know they'll be around to sleep with again later. You should also be comfortable enough to talk about sexual history, contraception and STDs. Plus the anticipation makes things so exciting - why the rush?

While many people wait until marriage, and this is to be applauded, most do not. That's up to you. Waiting can mean that you spend your entire life having only had sex with one partner - which is satisfying enough to some - but makes others curious enough to cheat later.

So, there's no quick answer. You have to do what's right for you and don't let anyone rush you into sex, or pressure you to wait either. Evaluate your feelings carefully, talk to your partner, and be safe. Sex lasts hours, or sometimes just minutes, but the effects can last much longer - so whatever you do, choose wisely.

This really depends on you and how you feel about the whole issue alot of people still today wait until marriage or atleast until they have found the person they know they will end up marrying.
It's a personal choice. Make sure the person cares for you and doesn't just want to jump in your pants.

Why the hell would you want to 'hold out'? Do you think that you're going to impress them by making yourself and them frustrated and unhappy?? Why not wait until you're both on the same page, you both feel the need and are both happy in each other's company and then have fun and enjoy it while the passion is there???

I've never been in a relationship or anything but in high school, and this is fact, if a couple has gone out for more then 4 months, its likely that they're already having sex. i've always thought that adults were more quick on this like a three week deal.

I say right after dinner on the first date. When he is driving you home he can pull over on the side of the road and say put out or get out. If you dont put out and have to walk home it is your own fault.

You wait until both of your pants are on fire and only an orgasm will put them out. Personally, I wouldn't even consider marrying someone I hadn't had sex with.
