it depends on what is your fav. food, i love making cakes so my fav recipe is cake, but look like i have never made a good cake after all. =(

i have a great recipe for home made manicotti shells.4 eggs,1cup of water,1cup flour pinch of salt.beat eggs add rest ing.fry in small pan.use1/4 cup of oil in pan each shell over med.heat till light brown.fill with 1and 1/2 lbs. ricotta cheese,3 eggs.1/3 lb. mozzarella cheese.1/2 tsp.parsley flakes.mix all of the above fill shells and roll them close .put some sauce in bottom of pan add fill shells add sauce over top bake for 30 Min's.375

Just about anything in my mom's cookbooks that I inherited. I still absolutely love her impossible cheeseburger pie and peanut butter fudge bars though. I would love to share the recipes if you'd like them.
