Try vegweb.com
They have some great ideas plus they have reviews. I love recipes with reviews. You don't have to be vegetarian. You can adjust the recipes to suit your needs. Also, Rachel Ray has a cookbook for kids. I'm 32 and it is one of my favorite cookbooks because it has easy and fun recipes. She has some great snack ideas. Just look her up online and you should be able to find some great ideas.

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

you should gain knowledge about food! find out what foods are high and low in what and start looking in the shops that carry the ones you want. its a big step since you gotta change where you eat, shop, and how you prepare foods, but you'll find you can make better food with your hands then what you can find anywhere else... ex,, when jack-in-the-box stopped selling chili cheese fries, i made my own, and i counted up what i ate and thats where the changes happened. the ultimate thing is find out what you like then find out what's in it and make it yourself~
