So I have been dating this guy for about a month. He tells me how much he likes me all the time and aparently tells his friends he see us having a future. we agreed not to date other people, he treats me like his girlfriend both in private and public, and he has even met my parents. Yet, we still haven't reffered to eachother as boyfriend/girlfriend. Do you think he just forgot? Is there are huge difference from not having this title to having it? Should I ask him about it, or let him take his time? thankyou!

Forgot?? Theres no such a thing like forgetting your loved one.
The time is now, theres nothing to take his time with. Do ask him and be open about it.

People are always worried about titles or labels ,,,,,, Boyfriend ,,,,, girlfriend ,,,, Husband ,,,,, Wife ,,,,, But what the reality is ,,,,, is what you feel inside ,,,,, If you feel that he's your boyfriend then refer to him as that ,,,,, It doesn't need a specific label or title though,,,,, Take marriage for instance ,,,,, People don't think a union is legal until the ceremony has been performed ,,,, But what people don't realize,,,, is that the union has already happened in the minds of the individuals involved or the marriage ceremony wouldn't take place at all ,,,,, Boyfriend or girlfriend ,,,,, Husband and wife ,,,, Marriage is a state of mind not a fact of law ,,,,, This same state of mind works for both situations ,,,,, So I don't think it's necessary for you to worry about it at all ,,,,, Just have fun ,,,,,

If he feels you to having a future together then why isn't he saing hi this is my GF and you saying this my BF I do not know how old you are but maybe he thinks its to high schoolish he may be just be referring to you as the person he is dating right now. Anyways tell him you would like to know if he considers you in this way
and you would appreciate him telling others that you are his GFand vice versa if he objects question him this ahs been a way of communicating the person who is in your life for years.

Give him some breathing room! Guys vary in how comfortable they are with the concept. If this bothers you, sit down with him alone and talk to him about it. Tell him it's important to you. This is a test--if the two of you can't talk openly about how each of you feel about this little issue, what kind of a future do you think you could possibly have?

Let him take his time and you be patience. Now since he had met your parents, he knows better than to mess up and just trying to be Mr. Nice Guy.

Ask him if you see each other as boyfriend girlfriend... Bring up something about being able to call him that and ask if thats cool... That simple.

Dont bother asking him. He considers the two of you to be a couple already & you should consider getting used to that idea unless you wanna break up.

well does he introduce you to people as his girl? i don't think he forgot, maybe he's just not ready to take that step...whatever you do, don't ask about it...act like u could care less...that way he'll want you even more!

I think you should bring it up, and see what happens from there, if he's anything like you said then maybe he's waiting until ur ready.
