If you don't want to send it via FedEx, UPS or USPS you can always upload it snapfish.com or shutterfly.com and send your brother a notice about the video being there. This services are safer because only people you allow are able to watch them; I used them for my wedding pictures and some videos and they have worked great.

Remember the United States Post Office? Snail mail. Make a copy of the video either on tape or dvd. Then mail it to him. Nobody will receive it except for him.

If you send it through the post by courier, special delivery, or by DHL then no body will be able to see it except him. You could also email it directly to him, making sure that you send it to his personal email address at home, not his work email

upload it to www.rapidshare.com or any file hosting site..A link will be given after upload it complete. Email link to your brother, so he can click on it and download your wedding...It won't be public that way. OR snail mail.

if that video is no so big send it by outlook express or other mailing ....
Ä°f that video is so big... you should split it first, to do this you can use winrar "http://www.win-rar.com/" or any other splitting and zipping program ... than mail it one by one

Send a tape/DVD in a package, maybe? You do know there is an institution called post office, right? Or UPS, FedEx, DHL... duh.
