coming home? In the military I'm guessing. Being a military wife myself order a ring and pop the question straight of the plane. A weekend get away would not hurt either gives you time alone to get to know each again..good luck hope i was helpful

Hard to tell you anything specific without knowing anything about either of you. I would suggest you do something "special" and unique rather than the typical flowers and dinner although they are appreciated they are so common they seem to make women feel "thought of" as opposed to "special." Special would be tailoring a custom date that would touch on several different activities that she greatly enjoys, especially any that she does not often get a chance to do. Also making it a surprise as opposed to detailing the plan for her may make her appreciate it more. Such a date will prove that you care about her by the amount of planning and detail and thought it required and it need not be expensive. Something to think about but without knowing your ages and details I cannot make any specific recommendations. Good luck and do have fun!

This is a very special event. Have all her favorite flowers, a bottle of her favorite wine and if she doesn't drink, and still living with her parents...the wine is for them, most of all you coming home is the entire message of how you feel. And if you intend to ask her to marry you, have the ring with you. And maybe call her parents at their work, the shock of you coming home and wanting to become engaged is a shock to the system. There will be tears, and so many emotions that she cant speak. You may need some help ask her parents. Good luck and most of all WELCOME HOME!

a nice candle lit dinner, a massage followed by a little something something always does the trick, so i heard.... oh and tell her how beautiful she is and that you love and missed her... maybe a small gift (donno what she is into) not too expensive or some chocolate would be nice too.... get in touch with your romantic side man and it will be just fine:)
gift ideas range from a stuffed teddy bear to flowers i think, no need to give something big and expensive, its the thought that counts (well, at least in my case, lol):)

Try a surprise party or a special place for dating. Be sure that it will be something to her liking.

Take her to a place you've never visited before. Spend as much time with her as possible, and pamper her like she deserves to be.

Why don't you bring back something for her. You know, a souveneir. She would be much appreciated, if it were something very special and unique. Something she has never expected.
