born informer colony portugal?

my father born in mozmabiuqe in 1954. now my father is stateless.
so any provision for child born in former colony of portugal get
portugease nationality.

Nimesh, how is your father "stateless" is he not a Mozambique national, and therefore you are too ? I dont know the laws for fomer Portuguese colonies, but you best check with Portuguese Embassy for that one really !
