I dont think you dont need a credit card to receive money thru paypal. When they pay you thru paypal request the money to be sent to you by check.
You can also try to buy one of those Visa gift cards. They are identical to credit cards except you pre pay the amount that is placed on them. They are Visa so it will work like a real credit card.

Most of these online earning programs also pay through some other account like Ikobo... even if u dont have credit card, u will be having debit card from your bank, they transfer money in debit card too. Even i am online worker and get paid thru paypal
