he was arrested from a greyhound i think coming to houston from arlington he was arrested on a check point

on the web page vinelink.com they have a state map and you just enter the state then enter his name and it will tell you which institution has him

Under the sunshine law (or open records law) each jailer must tell you who is in the jail (with a couple of exceptions).
So start checking the jails.

You should be able to go to the court house of one of the town and get records to see where the person ended up at.
