A perfect flight from Baghdad (Iraq's capital) to Sacramento (California's capital) should take nine hours and a half, but it cannot be perfect over such a distance. There are no commercial flights from Baghdad. However, an estimated flight through Warsaw (a point on the direct route from Baghdad to Sacramento) and Chicago (which can be a nice transit point between Warsaw and Scaramento), leads us to a flight of 17-18 hours.

I would say 22 hours. I live in California and I am just guessing based on my travels.
