"Dziekuja" means "Thank you"

They are Polish words.

They may well not be real words - Sacha Baron Cohen uses made up words when protraying Ali G and other characters he does. His name written for the film is unpronouncable. BORДT would be said as VO?DT the "R" does not exist in that Alphabet. It should be written:
Борат to be read as Borat. If they are real words then the correct spelling would be in Cyrillic Alphabet

I'll take a stab at it - didn't see the movie, don't know Kazak, but in Ukrainian (another Slavic lang.), a similar sounding phrase (yak she mayesh) is a question asking how you are - How are you keeping?

It is most certainly Polish. My parents spoke Polish -- I heard it a lot.
