Is Israel a legal state?

The state of "Israel" was stolen from Palestine after WW2. It is hated by the entire Middle East and only grudgingly accepted by a handful of countries there out of fear of retribution. Since the predominantly Muslim region has never truly accepted Israel's claims to sovereignty and it is the opinion of these nations which should count, why is Israel still a blight on the map? Because America supports them by shipping state of the art weapons and the evil Israeli's have secretly developed hundreds of nuclear weapons. Clearly this illegal nation has no right to exist and are the cause of most wars in the World.

It is the only jewish country and situated in the middle of the muslim world. The jews there claim they lived there thousands of years ago and that gives them the right to invade and occupy the place. That's a stupid claim by them. If they can reclaim territory lost to them millenia ago then why doesn't America and Australia get taken back by natives?

no, i don't think it's legal,
just imagine that u are living in a house with your family, and one day,without asking about your opinion, a person promissed ur house as an award to another person u don't know, and whose the family left in the land where ur house is thousend of years ago, and were droven put from it.
this person won the award, ur own house that u and ur family suffered and worked hard to build it, in thousend of years!
he will drive u out, u and ur family, if u wanna stay, u have to share it with them, u have no other choice, and of course the new "owner" will get the best part

The land occupied by Israel is their traditional homeland.
If you have ever read the bible, it has plenty of references to many of the cities that are in Israel and the surrounding countries.
I don't see any homeland mentioned in the bible for the Palestenians. They were nomads with no country.
The only reason there is all the fervor in the middle east to give them a homeland is because none of the other countries want them.
The other half of the equation is Israel's freedom and wealth.
The dictators, kings, etc simply HATE having a free society close enough for their people to see what is possible.
They have to demonize Israel or their own people would start to ask... why can't we be like that. Free to become wealthy...

Actually i don't think everything is really true about Israel or Palestine ,No one like to the tell the truth,But I just like to be honest . I would never say that Israel is Gods chosen or Israel was stolen from Palestine, because it is exactly the most ridiculous point . and i am not going to say; just one of them should be exist or None of them should be exist . I'd like to think as modern thinking people and say , Both of them should accept each other and live together as two separate country in PEACE .

Hope you will read your history books one day instead of web sites like what you quote. The hsitory books have photos of the Grand Muftee meeting with Hitler and that should be your clue which side Mr. and Mrs. Muslim were aligned with in the modern times.

President Truman sponsored the recognition of Israel as a soveriegn nation. The largest Jewish population outside Israel is New York City. Truman was busy riding a stampede of changes after WWII with the Republicans discovering TV as an effective soap box -- Truman had to respond to "The Red Menance". Congress, in all its wisdom, forbade that Russia have a lobby in Washington, D.C. but never thought to limit the large and powerful Jewish lobby.

I would encourage you to learn how democratic goverment works. The Muslim world is still stuck in theocracies because they were not involved with WWI.

I will just take your arguement and break it down to its most basic.
They didnt invade--the world voted to give the Jews a homeland.
The very large Arab countrys declared war and LOST --not once but 3 times and by all the standards of war through out history--the spoils go to the winner.
