Great question! Most of the time, but there have been some guys that are MASTERS at it... and they pride themselves on this quality. It's pretty amazing that I have been stared at all night sometimes by a coworker and NEVER knew. Others knew, because they would spot it, but he had a way of never letting me see. My boyfriend is really good at this too. He apparently stares at me all the time according to him and others. I don't notice it very often though. Sometimes I catch him. He says he's had years of training sneaking peeks and trying not to appear obvious. I guess will practice you guys can be pretty good at hiding it.

The one most obvious thing though, is when you are talking to a girl and you look at her breasts. It is SO noticeable! Just the shift in the eyes, it's just SO obvious... don't do it, it is really awkward.

I've never had any actually stare at me. To be honest, I'm pretty attractive. Ok, there said it.
If I see a guy and think he's attractive, he usually won't hold eye contact.
I'm not great at it either, but it's hard to meet people just out in public.

When I"m introduced, then things are fine, conversation, maybe dates, etc. I go for a great personality.
Otherwise, they don't come up to me. They look at you, but when you catch them they look away.

Sooo, what's the answer?
What are guys thinking?

They say they want girls to talk to them, but if I walked up to a guy in a public place I think they'd think it was too forward. Maybe I just don't have the 'technique'. :)

Sometimes. It depends on how much he's doing it. If its the accidental zoning out and I happen to be in the way, I don't think anything of it. If he stares at me but when I meet his gaze he quickly looks away and acts a bit embarrassed, I'm a bit flattered generally at being worthy of being noticed. If he just keeps staring at me and staring at me and even if i look at him he doesnt look away, then I get rather creeped out.

Of course we know a guy is staring at us. For me I can feeling there the intense when a guy is looking at me. For instance every guy I know that works with me keep staring at my ***, and it they could be white or blacks who stares at me. I am a black female who is not full figure, and has a *** like some white female. I am a pretty women who has fat thighs, and a small upper body frame.

They think that we don't know they are staring at us, but we know. So guys beware we know.

yes, I would say most girls do... sometimes it's flattering, but sometimes itz just creepy like if the guy is a lot older and has a look in his eye that looks like he's a perv or a creep just watching your every move
