No, it costs $4.50 a pack. But in Chicago (Cook County), they are $6.50 a pack due to a huge county tax.

It was going to, but Prop 86 (cigaratte tax inititave) failed on Election Day. They do, however, cost at least $3.50/ pack for cheap ones. I'm glad I quit!
