run ;-)

i'll only settle for an elliptical trainer when i'm pretty tired. other than that, treadmill is the only thing i'll accept as cardio. i feel much more tired after a treadmill session than i do after an elliptical session. IMO:

1.) treadmill = hardest of the three workouts
2.) elliptical trainer = second hardest, but there's no constant speed. it's easier work and easier to slack off.
3.) stationary bike = easiest of the three

There is no way to lose weight just from your thighs. However, you can add cardio that targets the lower body. I love the elliptical, you can change the resistance to target certain parts of the leg. Also, incorporate lunges and squats (3 sets x 15 reps). Find out your target heart rate and workout within that range when doing cardio. I love running, but it can be torture on your knees. I also carry most of my weight in my hips and thighs, but added cardio and targeted toning exercise has helped me a lot. I used to be a size 12 bottom, now I'm a 4/6. Good luck!

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

i use to have the same problem, especially between my thighs, but i solved mine by an unhealthy way, anorexia, but to loose weight in your thighs you have to loose weight everywhere else
my friends she tonned her legs by standing against the wall and making a chair like position and holding it as long as she can. running is for your calves so its not useful, if you go at he gym use the leg extension and leg press and the bike
at home you can lay on your side and lift your leg up back down and repeat. just go on google and search "easy at home exercises" and you can see everything that there is. also stretch

I would recomend you to make a diet but a diet where you eat alot of vegetebles and frutes also forget about pizzas or hamburgers they have too much satureted fat and all that fat goes specialy to your hips. You might also try to eat mostly at home and avoid fast foods. also try to at least walk 20 to 30 min. a day I tell you these because I had the same problem so try it out.

well jogging is great for that. not only will you lose fat from your thighs you will also tone them up! also lunges are great too. and this might sound kinda silly but if you just lay on the floor and do different things with your legs you will figure out excersises that work for you.
