El Finito throws the straighter punches, and is more skilled than Humberto. Ricardo by KO round 9. Phenomenal match up Ice! Not many know about these 2 Hall of Fame fighters!
Robert- Ricardo Lopez DID move up in weight. He fought his last three fights at Light Flyweight and retired as the IBF Light Flyweight Champion.

This would be an interesting fight. Normally, I'd have Lopez beating anyone else in his weight class, but Gonzalez may be the exception.

I honestly can't pick a winner, and the outcome would depend a lot on what style Gonzalez used in the fight. He was able to outbox opponents like Carbajal, but he might have to rely more on his power when faced against Lopez's height and reach advantage. Either way, I see it going the full twelve rounds, and the judges would be probably be more impressed with Gonzalez if he was using his full power. But if Gonzalez tried to outbox Lopez, Finito would probably get the upper hand.

The one thing that always bothered me about Ricardo Lopez was that he never moved up in weight. I think he could have made this fight if he wanted to.

I would say Humberto would be too much for him. Humberto could really bang but he also could box if he had to.
