Priority Club of Holiday Inn, Crown Plaza, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Candelwood Suites etc was rated the best Hotel Reward program by the Annual Freddie Awards.

I am a member and I get reward point for using my Priority CLub Visa, dining out, staying in the hotels, shopping online in places like Best Buy, FTD, QVC, and Barnes and Nobels, for opening a bank account at Netbank (which has some of the best interest rates for saving accounts, money markets, and checking) , flying, renting cars. One of the main reasons that the program won the award is that as far as I know the Priority Club is the only hotel rewards program that lets you use the points for stays in almost any hotel. What you can do is redeem your points for American Express prepaid loding cards which you can use at any hotels that accepts American Express.

Of the hotels that are in the priority club program I prefer Holiday Inn Express which offers a free continental breakfast buffet with hot and cold items. I think most Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Expresses have frre interrnet as long as you have your own laptop.

There are currently over 3,600 hotels all over the world.

I'm also a member of the Hilton Honors program and the one for Best Western but I found accumulating and using points in Priority Club the easiest.

The hilton chain has an excellent frequent traveller program. The best hotels in this chain are the Hampton Inns. The offer complimentary breakfast and wireless internet at all locations and run at a pretty decent price. Im a little biased due to the fact Ive worked at 2. The are also found worlwide anywhere you can think of.
