I go through this every semester in college..at least the way too many tests and essays part. What I've done is write every test or project I have, how long I think it'll take me to study for them (tests) or finish them (projects), and then the date they're due. Organize them accordingly, and also try including priority. If you have a test in one class that's worth 10% of your grade, but a project that's worth 25%, you should probably spend more time on the project. You could try talking with the teachers and asking for extra credit, or explain your situation and see if they can give you any tips on how to handle a certain assignment in their class to get a better grade. Hopefully this helps a little.

I'm assuming you're a freshman in college, but even if not, you're suffering from test anxiety. Your school's counselors should be able to help you. However, right now, take a long deep, slow breath, in and out. Do it again, slowly. Feel better? This is a method used to relax the body. Next, prioritize. You know when things are due, so how much time do you need to spend on each item? Study--in reasonable blocks of time. 20 minutes and a break. The trick is finding two diverse subjects, like history and math, and alternate them. After a 20 minute session of one, go to the bathroom, have a drink of water, run around the room, then do a 20 minute session of the other. After no more than two sessions, review what you've studied. Your school counselor should have all sorts of study aids. You should also remember to have fun, don't hit the booze or drugs because their effects include poor memory and loss of focus, and check with your teachers on what they want and who might make good study partners. If you can't get any other help, hire a tutor.

OK, calm down. You know how you're acting, b**chy around your friends? First calm down, take a deep breathe. For the science quiz, you should study to bring your grades up. The same thing for your Math quiz. For your History test, you should have at least 1 hour of studying. I know this might sound really strressfull, but, it WILL work. If you're really stressed, find something that calms you down, like your favorite music, your favorite memory, or maybe your favorite food! I hope this helps! :D!

See a doctor. If you normally are calm and getting good grades, and suddenly something changed that radically, you could have a medical problem and should see a doctor to be sure nothing is wrong with you. Medical problems can affect how your brain is functioning, your moods, etc. It can be a chemical imbalance, a sugar problem or a number of other things. Don't freak that I'm saying this. You may be perfectly fine. But if my life turned upside down suddenly as you described, I'd check with a doctor.
Best Wishes,
Sue

1. Don't focus on the exams, just focus on what you have to do as in homework, projects, and quizzes.
2. Get a planner and everyday, fill out what you need to do for the next day and list it in order of the most priority to the least.
3. Get your parents involved.
4. Don't worry about your friends, just get yourself back on track. If your friends are questioning your behavior, just tell them you are going through a rough time and that you can't meet them all the time.

uhh...did you try and study? not trying to get you more mad but, the only way you can fail those things is if you don't do homework and stuff, the other stuff connects to homework as in tests and quizzes, which should've been a breeze from studying and doing homework. But my advice is, try and get help from your friends or a tutor. Have you even asked for extra credit? maybe these teachers are trying to make yourself push so you can do better than you normally are. TRY TO DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!

Not only should you ask for extra credit, but ask if you can do any of the previous assignments over again. If the teacher allows for you to do that, not only will it boost your grade, but it'll allow you to understand the material better. A pro if you have any cumulative tests/exams.

1. slow down, get a good night sleep and eat good food so that you have energy.
2. reserve more time for studying/homework.
-I'm sure that if you are a good student you will pull your grades up if you put in the proper amount of effort.
