It sounds like a bit of anxiety, maybe social anxiety, which is very common. You didn't say how old you are. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. Lot's of people have this, in different amounts at different times in their life.
You feel very self-conscious, and overly aware when you want to be relaxed. You end up being pretty tense all the time, which cheats you out of just 'being'.

Try a few things, talking about it with someone you trust. Believe you me, you'll feel relieved just to share this with someone, and know that others have the same things. If that person doesn't understand exactly, try another.

Also, try breathing. I've learned to control a lot of anxiety from learning relaxation and breathing techniques. It's really works.

You could talk to a therapist who can help you figure things out; it could be something simple!

You can try yoga - it's easy, peaceful, and helps you get centered with you. It's not just about exercise.
I figured out that I was paying more attention to what other people thought, micro-analyzing everything, every moment, rather than being present in my own life.
Mindfulness they call it. Becoming more self-aware.

And just plain old take a few minutes, lie down, dim the lights, maybe a relaxation cd (I rent them from the library)and try to think of nothing. It might take a while, but you will slow your breathing, then your thoughts, and you will feel more comfortable in your own skin.
There are great cd's there that can teach you about anxiety and how to deal with it.

Good luck, and although it's easy to say 'try to relax', I know it's not always that easy. Just give yourself time.

first off don't do things you should not be doing.
second tell yourself that this is silly and think about what your doing why would anyone care to watch you are you special or something i don't think so .
next try to think about what i have told you and work on thinking that through before you go out and while your out . in time you might get a laugh out of what you were thinking.
try that for some time then after if no help see the doc
about this it maybe an anxiety disorder . or if you really did do something bad like murder some one then its guilt .
i will assume your not a murderer or a real bad guy if so then just do what i said .

Don't take this the wrong way but that sounds like paranoia. It's common in allot of people. Often it's part of a disorder but can be due to high stress levels. It really is something worth talking to a health professional about.
Best of luck

It's the same for me. Sometimes when I'm walking around outside my home. I feel really self conscious like people are judging even the way I walk so it's definitely normal. Perhaps try one day just to pretend nobody is there, just you and remember that you're only human.

You need to be a bit more specific... are you doing anything that could be deemed skeptical?

Maybe it's not that at all- maybe you're paranoid?

Maybe you dress over the top differently and people are prejudging you?

I don't know! So little information to work with, but good luck!

Go to the Dr., sounds like you are quite paranoid. You need medicine and therapy to help you.
