You need to be dedicated to an entire lifestyle change. You need to cut out all soda, which by the way having one can a day will cause 15lbs in a year. You need to limit sweets to before 4 pm eat dinner no later than 6 pm. You need to have a healthy breakfast and make sure you are drinking at least eight glasses of water. Most importantly you need to start excercising at least 30min a day. Try taking a speedy walk with your man! Don't take diet pills, they will do more harm than good. But, you need to be dedicated and consistant. Good luck and I am sure that you will soon be addicted to a healthy thinner lifestyle!!

You don't need to diet, just choose to have a healthy lifestyle. Say no to Mayo and yes to mustard. Don't eat all the bread sticks before they bring your meal out. Cut soda pop out of your diet completely.

I'm 5'9 and have weighed from 123 (at age 21) to 160 now (and 7 months pregnant), and normally between 135-140 and I think that's about "average". We're tall so we will weigh more than the "average" girl.

You can devour legumes (akin to beans and lentils), all veggies, culmination, rice, tofu, kale/spinach, entire grains ect. Try to avoid too many soy merchandise and in the event you wish a milk option take a look at almond or rice milk they're my favorites, additionally seem round for a few vegan recipes, you are going to be doing plenty of cooking. When you're a vegan you get to discover such a lot of distinctive meals that or else you don't have attempted.

I tell everyone about the weight watchers diet. It has worked well for me because you can eat almost whatever you want. Just limit the portion size, don't eat three hours before bed, get at least a little exercise and you can lose weight. Also eat low fat, high fiber food. VERY LITTLE fast food for it is BAD for you! Good luck!

cut out flour and sugar. eat about 6 small meals a day. fruits and veggies and try to walk at least 3xs a week for 30 min. And don't beat yourself up if you slip. It's a process, not an event. good luck.
