deep fried but,you really need someone thats done it before.and contrary to what people are saying;if you follow the "peanut oil"or any oil without trans fat, without scoring the oil,it's just as healthy as baking.believe it or not some oils are actually good for you.

The easiest way to cook a turkey is in the oven but it tastes better deep fried, usually around the holidays you can pay someone to do it for you, if you buy the turkey. Hands down deep fried tastes better now I never have a baked turkey anymore.

The safest way to cook a turkey is with the oven but the most dangerous and by far the best tasting is deep frying the turkey with peanut oil. Make sure you do it outside. People fill up their fryer, plop the turkey in and an over flow of hot oil is everywhere causing a fire. Have a great Thanksgiving.

I've never had a deep fried turkey but it sounds good. I've never seen a fryer that big to make one in though.
I do love baked turkey as that is the most traditional and familiar.

i've never had a turkey deep fried but I've heard it's delicious. Unfortunately, I've also heard it's very dangerous. I've never heard of anyone who found a way to do it that didn't involve an incredible amount of cooking oil over an open flame of some sort--which is recipe for disaster.

Get a deep fryer. use peanut oil. and the bottle injector marinade. When done you'll never want to bake a turkey again.

Oven bakes is much more healthy and allows better cooking times, and i think it's safer, too.
