sometimes we wait to late to go see those we care about or call them on the phone just to say Hi or I love you you never know when a loved one will be snatched from you. My 28 year old daughter was murdered 11 months ago and one of the things that I hold in my heart is that even though we sure had our ups and downs the day she died I'd decided to give her an early Christmas gift a new winter coat I was mad at her on Monday as we were arguing about her BF and on Tuesday i decided to go see her and give her the coat she loved it kissed me said I love you and 8 1/2 hours later her BF killed her If I hadn't decided to go see her and the last words we'd had would have been in anger I would not have been able to survive this if you love someone tell them today call your parents, your kids, your grandparents, your friends, whoever don't wait until it may be too late God Bless You All

When my grandma died 10 years ago i was mad at her for being grouchy with my kids she loved them but she could be so grouchy I love her and still miss her so much especially at holidays she died on her B-day in the hospital the night before I was supoosed to go see her but decided even though I had a strong urge to go see her I didn't and never got to say good-bye
I think at times grandparents get neglected the most as they give so much and ask for so little in return

What a terribly sad story, yet it did put a smile on my face knowing that you did recieve the peace that you needed to survive the loss of your daughter. Losing a child is an unimaginable thing to me, and it is something that I pray I will never have to experience. I too remember to tell my loved ones that I love them as often as possible, because you are so right when you say you never know what tomorrow holds for you or for those you care about. Thanks for sharing, and for reminding me to give my child an extra kiss goodnight.

Yes... I make a point of telling those I love that I love them as often as I can. Not only because I may never see them again, but just because it can brighten one's day and lift one's spirits.
God bless you as well. I pray that you may find peace and comfort. Thanks for asking that question... may it remind a lot of people to tell their family and friends that they're loved.

Thank you for your strength to post this to help others and please accept my sympathy for your loss. I learned a long time ago to tell people I love them, to hug them and to empathize with them.

It is for selfish reasons. It makes me feel so much better. Nothing can heal the wound you have suffered but God's love I believe. May He have mercy on you.

I tell my 13month old baby boy that i love him about 10 times a day, eversince the day he was born. And i will keep doing it too. At least one day if anything ever happens he'll know that he was my world and i loved him with all my heart.
