yes you could. you will either need a 3" body lift, or a 3" suspension lift to do so.

the H233B rear axle is plenty strong enough for those tires, the IFS frontend is a different story.

You should check out other people's rides and ask them what they had to do to stick those big tires under there. Usually you will have get a lift kit in order to keep the tires from rubbing the inner frame, or fender wells, and even when you do lift it, you may have to cut a little off of your fenders to give your tires proper clearance. There are lots of kits on the market today, so I will leave it up to you to them up. However you don't want to settle on the cheapest you can find, make sure you do your homework, and check out what will work best for your application.

33's will only show up the loose front end parts and need for overhaul. Good luck you can adjust the steering stops so the tires don't hit when you turn. And you might have to wind up the torsion rods and put spacers on the differential to raise it up.

You would have to do some major lifting and if you didn't change the gear ratio's it would be like starting off in 2nd gear... Both of these changes would cost lot's of $$$$$$

Are you constructive it is the valves and not an exhaust leak? those engines are carriers to exhaust manifold bolts breaking and it could sound like a valve. as quickly because it warms up the areas will amplify and quieten down.
