If I understand your question correctly - when you press the letter "j", for instance, on your key board, it sends a code for this letter to the processor on to the CRT output which displays the "j" on your screen. Each letter has its own binary code, which is another subject altogether.

Electrical current can't create a letter. Only people can create a letter. First u need a opening, then u need abody, then a conclusion! Start it with Dear so an so !

if you are talking about A letter than you are reffering to the binary code which takes place in side the computer's CPU
