How do I set up Microsoft Network Explorer 2003 to use yahoo as my email account?

I am attempting to set up network explorer 3005 to use my yahoo account to send and receive email. After following the directions for yahoo.com accounts, the test fails and says that my email account is in error.

When in Internet Explorer
click Tools
cl Internet Options
cl Programs tab
You will see a box for e-mail and a down arrow
cl the down arrow to select Yahoo

Download the Yahoo toolbar.
