are you taking drugs like steroids if so keep taking them but see the doctor .
you didn't say how long this has been going on .
i would suggest that if this is something that started about 1 week ago more or less you just try to get some extra sleep.
do the norm stuff lots of fluids and take it easy . if it gets much worse see a doc or if you have had this longer then 2 or 3 weeks at the most see the doc another thing is consider how much salt you have been eating not just the salt you put on but the salt that is prepared foods . cut down on salt some and see if the puffy face gets better . don't try to remove all salt from your diet just reduce some.

The symptoms that you are describing could be attributed to many different conditions. You should probably be tested for hepatitis b or hepatitis c. Millions of north americans and people all over the world are infected and don't even realize it . I am hoping that your test results are negative , but if they do come back positive you can make changes in your lifestyle that will help you feel better and protect those around you. This test is simple and painless and can be done by your family physician. Your physician can refer you to a hematoligist who will assess your condition and recommend a course of treatment best suited to your needs.
