Sometimes people stay in a relationship not because they still love the person, but because its become their comfort zone.
Dont stay if its just your comfort zone.
If you're gettin treated bad, and you've tried to make it work, there will always be another woman walking around willing to appreciate you.

How long, is a long relationship? Are you married? Or not? Because if your married then you could see a counselor. And to be honest, you can also see a counselor if your not married too. It depends if you still love her or not. By the sounds of it your half way out the door as it is. You list some things you have tried to make it work but have you sat down with her and discussed how close you are to leaving? That might be a wake up call for her, or not. If it is a long term relationship then you, both need to decide if it is time to call it quits. Because if your not happy and she is not happy then this is something to discuss seriously and soon.

If you have this question then you already have your answer. I met my future wife 15 years ago and have never once thought about quitting. There has been no yelling, nothing uncomfortable, we are best friends, lovers, and parents and nothing gets in our way.
You need to break a bad habit and move on. It might hurt a little, quitting smoking hurts like hell, but a bad habit is best broken.

You know enough is enough when you done all that you can do, and still feel at a lost. Sounds like you have done it all. Time to let go, it is not easy.

if you're unhappy and uncomfortable more than you're happy and comfortable, its time for a talk. If you cant get her to compromise, or if she just gives it lip service and goes back to her ways, its over. it doesn't have to be angry and violent to end, maybe you just aren't compatible

Don't waste anymore time on a dysfunctional relationship. Move on and cut your losses.
