Is $1500 for a 94 toyota, good condition with 120-150 thousand miles too much or too little?

If the condition is excellent with maintence records I would say Yes. Those cars go anywhere from $1200 to $2500.00 depending on condition, milage etc.

Personaly it sounds a little high (although I'm not sure on the kelly blue book). If you need a lower cost alternative, you can always buy a honda. (I'm assuming its a midsized car)

Take it to a mechanic you trust and have him check it out before you buy. It sounds good.
