If there has not happened any injury to the tooth and becomes loose or shaky, most likely reason is gum disease. If your tooth remains loose and is causing discomfort and pain, then they many be splinted. Splinting is a process where the teeth are joined together to increase their stability and strength. Next stop you dentist anyways.

Most dentists will tell you that you must brush your teeth and all will be well.
But it won't be.
You have to see a special dentist called a Periodontist. He won't be cheap but losing your natural teeth will be heaps more expensive in money and mental state.

PERMANENT TEETH SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY MOVEMENT. WHEN THERE IS INSUFFICIENT BONE TO HOLD A TOOTH IN PLACE, THEN IT WILL FEEL SHAKY. PLEASE SEE A DENTIST A.S.A.P. THERE MAY BE A WAY TO HAVE YOU KEEP THESE SHAKY TEETH.
