You may have to get a secured card to establish credit. Or buy a car and keep up with the payments.

The easiest way is to get a secured credit card. You deposit a sum of money with your bank. It goes into a saving account where you are gaining interest but you are not allowed to touch this money as it's insurance for the bank if you don't pay they won't be out any money. They will give you that amount as your credit limit. As long as you make you payments on time they will review your account about every 6 month. They will usually extent the amount of your credit line. After about 24 months of perfect payment record they will refund your deposit. Do not get confused with pre paid credit card, those will not help you build credit history as there is no payment record. also many places will give you a cc but they will charge you fees example they will charge you $150 set up charge. then there is a $29 per month fee and sometimes a yearly charge. and then your credit limit may be just $300. and every time they increase your credit limit over a period of excellent payment record they will charge you to extent your credit. This will help you get credit but very expensive. Good Luck

Orchard Bank- they will give you a credit card- you pay and enormous up front app fee/ and service fee. You will have a low credit line BUT they will report it to the credit bureau and after about 8 months, (and you should keep checking your credit report yourself), your credit score should go up and should be able to get different cards. Just MAKE SURE you charge say, one little thing a month- PAY IT OFF IN FULL as soon as you get the bill in the mail, dont wait for the due date, and you will increase your credit worthiness.

you may just have to bite the bullet and get a credit card with an annual fee and a very high interest rate. Use this one for a while and then apply for a lower interest rate and no annual fee card. Be smart about your card and only make purchases you will pay for immediately.

go to www.citicards.com and apply with secure cards they may ask you to put down some money like you can start from 200 so whatever you put down that will be your credit limit then after one year you get that back after your payments are all on time with the interest on top what you put down. hope this helps!

Try and get a store credit card (Belk, Kohls, Target). They are easier and they establish your credit. Make sure that you pay on time and pay at least the amount due.
