Where did you get saved? Jesus found me at a bar with a straw up my nose, and a bottle in front of me..... And mom said I would never find a good man in a bar!

There wasn't one "moment" when I would say I was born again. It took time...I was in a bible study and over the years, I came to know Him and understand that the bible is God's word. It's been ten years of bible study, and I am a new person because of the transforming power of Jesus Christ.

Honey, the straw does not go up your nose. You could drown. The bubbles tickle, too. Most men start noticing things like that, even on first dates. Jesus, I assume this is a Hispanic gentleman, probably did not say anything about it at the time but believe me first impressions are lasting ones.
Next time try taking a nice walk with him out to a church social or maybe a box luncheon. If he gets a taste of your home cooking, I betcha Jessie will hang around for dessert.

I got saved as a teenager at summer camp. I rededicated my life to Christ when My son was born. There was just something that happened that day. I was in such awe at this awesome little gift that God has given me. I knew I had to raise him right and the only was to do that was to let God help me.
