Is it something like di-yut-ke-wich?... btw, it's someone's last name (HR interviewer) and I need to be able to pronounce it.

German.. hmmm.. Americans have a very hard time learning this language...I had to learn it. w's are pronounced like v....e are pronounced as a...the wicz part think of bits except omit b with v....the way they put letters together is confusing to know exactly how to pronounce unless you practice.Good luck hope this helps.

I know someone with the SAME LAST NAME!!! That's insane!! Its my husbands co-worker. You pronounce it Doot-Key-Wicks. Dootkeywiks
