Did you very have the feeling like you were done out of Canada 6/49 Lottery winnings?

The news that some company people selling and checking the lottery tickets have been winning very big themselves was discusting. Seems like they would spot a winning ticket, tell a person the ticket is no good and keep the winning one for themselves. This was in the Canadian newspapers last week and they say it has been going on for a couple of years and it was hard to trace. The number of dealers winning big money too often finally gave them away and an investigation launched.
So, did you every have the feeling that you had been done out of winnings and if so, what did you do about it?
