This is how I feel. God is forever and long after all else has passed God will still remain. If God no longer was alive then we would also disappear. We are only here because God is here and allows us to be.

The rumors of the "Death of God" have been greatly exaggerated. And DON'T believe everything you read in the supermarket tabloids. In fact, perhaps believe very little of what you read in them.
Colossians chapter 1 tells us that it is God Who holds all things together; that it is in Him that the whole Universe (and the smallest atoms) consist, hold together, and have their being.
So, if God is NOT still alive, then the atoms (and the Universe) would have flown apart.
Also, since by Definition God is Eternal and God is Spirit, therefore God could not "die".

He is alive in your heart. You have the free will to receive Jesus into your heart as long as you are alive, repent and turn from your sin, except His one and only Son and call Him Lord as your Savior and you too will have eternal life.
