what is the best way to get rid of acne and acne scars?

I have tried alot of things like the clinique 3 step system and proactiv. but my skin is still bad... please tell what is a good way to get rid of acne, acne scars (and the redness)

I would say to go to a dermatologist. I used Proactiv & It didn't work at all for me either.

Wash your face morning & night with just some water. And drink plenty of water everyday, that clears it up good.
