well first of all she will need to be comfortable and relaxed. if shes relaxed then the vaginal muscles will be relaxed and not tense. use lube and just go easy, if it hurts then stops. she may have a condition i learned in my college psychology class called vaginismus which is the spasms of the vaginal muscles that cause pain during intercourse. so you may want to ask her and see if she can make a doctors appointment with an obgyn to see if she may have that.( dont worry it can be treated! ) she has to be relaxed though. do some foreplay, dont rush into things to fast. try some lube if you havent if nothgin still works then have her go and get checked otu by the docs.
good lcuk, be safe and always use protection =)

you just have to set the mood. make a playlist of songs she really likes, turn down the lights, put some candles up. dont go straight to it, do a lot of foreplay. make her as WET as possible. it will happen man, give it time. if it really goes on for that long, she could take pain killers. haha but try what i said first!

Do a LOT of foreplay, then, when you're ready, use lots of lube and go very slowly and very gently - be as careful and gentle as you can, you don't want to hurt her

Yeah.Stop! You are obiously not ready and neither is she- By trying you will make a weird orbit and weird her out. Any how, what are you doing- if she has hold it off, and sex is now not enjoyable for her why are you insisting? you selfish man - sex is about two people, not just you. Give yourself time, do other things.

go to an adult store, they usually have lubes that are analgesic and deaden the nerves so it wont hurt. then take it real slow. eventually you will be able to accommodate each other

Lots of foreplay & lots of lube. Take your time easing it in, too. Don't force it.

I would talk to my doctor and see what they suggest. Call a local health department. They are honest.
