If it`s a cold sore then it`s not gonna look like the pics you seen because you are just getting it.It sounds like a cold sore to me.Really can not relate a bump on the lip and a headache as any thing other then a bump on the lip and a headache. It dont sound serious at all.Probaly a virus starting up which can cause cold sores and headaches.

The two may be unrelated. Are you under stress? That would account for the headache, and also for what sounds like is a pimple. I've gotten them on the corners of my mouth before, and do they ever hurt! Try some antibiotic ointment on it and it should heal up in a few days.

You have a pimple on your lip and a headache. Take two aspirin and get some rest. pimples on the lips hurt and you do not have a cold. If you did you would ache all over. You know, you have had colds before. Just take some aspirin and put some pimple Clearasil on and get some rest.

Yes Ma'am...that sounds like a cold sore. It doesn't have to be several little blisters...plus...it changes with time.
Go get some ABREVA and put on it ASAP!

chances are you have a head cold. it probably is a cold sore, but in the early stages. for the first day, it is just a lump. then it blisters and pops. thats when it goes reddish and turns into a scab. use zovirax. it will heal in half the time.

well, if it's not herpes, it might be an allergic reaction to something you've been in contact with... or just a pimple
