Probably not a significant amount. The amount of carbon dioxide a carbonated drink emits once being opened is miniscule in comparison to the amount emitted by, say, a car or an exhaled breath.

Carbonated drinks go 'flat' quite quickly, and I'd bet that most of the carbonation exits the container upon opening (that 'psshht' sound you hear when opening a can of cola, for example).

Over time, the amount of carbon dioxide added to the atmosphere by carbonated drinks would add up I imagine, but as for that carbon dioxide contributing to climate change/global warming, I doubt there is a significant impact. Unfortunately, this is a difficult thing to study.
