It's on royal street, I have never been there and have heard that you have to be a member or be invited by a member to go in.

You do need to be a member or an invited guest to enter. Memberships I believe are going around $7,800 and a yearly fee of $2,000.
Club 33 is located next to the gallery above Pirates. It was supposed to be Walt and his family's new apartment, but it was never completed for the family before Walt's death.
