Well we could start off with closing the flap when your not there or try a spray that will make the cat go away they do make those kinda sprays and to get rid of the smell go and buy some pet stain & odor remover by Hartz living it works i have 2 cats and a kitten on board.

As has been mentioned, a magnetic cat flap, so that it only opens for your cats.
This one comes with 2 keys, and a further set of four keys are also available.

Set of 4 keys

Only problem is that only gives you 6 keys - with 7 cats, you will probably need to buy a 2nd set of four keys!
(This only works if your cats wear a collar. A friends cat totally refuses to wear a collar and just wriggles out of it all the time!!)

You can quietly wait for him with a big squirt gun. Get him with a supersoaker and I doubt if he returns.
If that doesn't work I would follow him and ask the owners to get him neutered. If they are too cheap to be responsible pet owners I would take them a bill for carpet replacement and they'll realize neutering is a good idea.
I'm surprised your other cats let him in.

magnetic collar is the only way to go! We got a cat flap and it was like, cat party time round our place each night after that!

there was this show once on animal planet about cool inventions for your pets, and there was one where only trained cats could go inside.. maybe you should invent something like that and then you kill 2 birds with one stone (excuse the pun), you wont have the pesky tom cat, and you can make money! :-)

There's this cat flap that allows your cat to go out but not come back in. It's adjustable. E-bay. Look it up.

These are the only things i can think of ,just had the same problem
close the cat flap,
kill the cat,or hunt it and hurt it.
move to another neighbourhood,
get rid of all your cats,
somebody is not as neutered as you think maybe?????

im pretty sure that you cant... once he has come in once he is going to keep coming back. you could try keeping the flap shut for a week and then he might forget about ur place...

I've heard about this radio device you buy, and attach to your cat's collar, and when they get near the door it slides open, and closes behind them, but I don't remember where I saw it, how much it was, how well it works, etc.
Sorry.
