i went to the bathroom tonight my belly has been rumbling i dont have dirrahea or anything it just comes out real fast but when i wiped i notice there was blood in it more blood than poop

Sounds like a fissure. It happens. Just a tiny tear in your rectal area. Keep an eye on things. Keep the area very clean ( use wet wipes). Go #2 when you first get the feeling. Dont constipate yourself. If it continues more than a couple of days, see a doctor.

Well blood is not a good thing. It COULD be hemmoroids but then it could be other things too. You could have a bleeding ulcer. Diarrhea (like) poop doesn't sound good...if you have stomach cramps often it could be anything from IBS or something more chronic like ulcerative cholitis or crohn's disease.
I suggest you go in to the doctor's tomorrow and get a blood test done. That will tell you if you are losing blood as your hemaglobin levels would be low.
My mom and cousin have both the above diseases and I had a bleeding ulcer when I was 19. My stool was BLACK which meant there was blood in it, and you could see the blood too. I lost almost half my blood within hours of seeing that and was in hospital for a week.
Sometimes the acidy poop can cause you to bleed too. This is why I'm wondering if perhaps it's a virus or if you have it often maybe it's one of the above.

Are you having constipation if so you might be cutting your rectum when you excrete feces.If not constipation causing this problem then see a proctologist immediately bleeding is not normal but not necessarily unusual.But worth looking into .

It could be a number of things such as hemroids,a virus,bad red meat you ate,a red drink you drank,worms or cancer.But since you dont know I would say it would be smart to go see a doctor right away.
