Everything I've read about that says she did it with a low carb diet. I lost 32 pounds in 7 weeks doing the Atkins diet, eating less than 20 carbs per day, so I know it's possible. Some people think she had lipo, too.

There is many people that have lost this much weight in a month. It might not be to healthy to lose weight to quickly though.a diet that is about1200-1600 calories would be good to start with to drop the weight.Remember that that calories should consist of healthy food and not fatty or lots of carbs although you need some carbs for good health and the brain.Work out for 45-60 minuts at least 3 times each week if not more, and thats just cardio.Start resistance training to shape your body and speed up metabolizom.Dont pay attention to the scale, just your clothes at first.Dont worry it wont take long.Drink tons of water also,it helps get rid of water retention.Good luck.

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

actually you have to eat to loose weight. You have to fuel your body. Your stomach is only the size of your fist. You HAVE to eat every three to four hours, fist size meals. Healthy meals. If you do this about six times a day. You will not be hungry and you will not be hungry. If you feed your body like this, your body will NOT store food because it knows you will give it more. Your body is like a computer, you have to program it and tell it how to behave and how to work properly. Okay...I only started four Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost two pant size and 23 pounds. I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids. This is what I do below when I throw on a few extra pounds. It always works..No diet pills, no energy drinks..just me walking and getting the water I need. Of course I watch what I eat and the Lean Cuisine meals are great for that since the calories per box are 180 to 380 per box. Just make sure you eat healthy every three to four hours so your body will perform at its max. Here it is: Helpful Tips for weight loss: 1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch Keep to a 1,200 food intake Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight. I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127 2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues. Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

I lost 60 lbs. in 2 1/2 months eating one salad a day and walking 2 miles every morning. I wouldn't suggest it for everyone because it is very unhealthy but I did it.

I lost 160 lb in 7 months with the kimkins Diet. I've kept it off for 5 years. It's possible with low carb, but not with a traditional diet unless you're very overweight.

I lost 54 lbs but it took me 9 months. You can see my before and after pic here: http://www.healthandstrength.net

It is unhealthy to lose weight that fast...you will probably gain it back. You should lose 1-2 lbs a week for HEALTHY weight loss and this slow rate will help prevent tons of stretch marks. Remember to take your time. If you had worked out and watched your diet for the last 4-6 months, what would you look like right now? Imagine looking like that in May or June! Its all about doing this every day and even if you don't notice anything, know that your body takes TIME to change...If you do, you will be shocked in June!

This is what I did to lose my weight. I still do all of these things every single day to keep HEALTHY and "weight free" Hopefully I can help you!

1. NEVER EVER ate sugar. It's a poison that makes us older, sicker, fatter and tired...all things we dont want. Seriously, sugar is the one who does the dirty work in weight gain. Stop eating it all together. You can see my list of ingredients to avoid when shopping here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweeka.htm...
2. Drink ALOT of water. 2-3 liters a day. The more the merrier! We need about half our body weight in ounces JUST for regular body functions! When you feel thirsty, that means you are already dehydrated and lose brain function. Water flushes toxins from your fat cells and keeps you younger.
3. Exercise!!! So very important. Here http://www.healthandstrength.net/abexe.htm... are my favorite ab exercises. I also do cardio 4-5 days a week for about 30 minutes a time.
4. Eat less. How many calories do you think is in that burger or that plate of fries or in that handful of chips. What about overfilling our plates? If you go here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweek.htm... I wrote something about saving on calories and losing weight.
5. Go to sleep before 10pm. Your body starts repairing and rebuilding and speeding up weight loss while you sleep only if you sleep at about 10pm. If you are awake and go to bed at 12, you miss out on that very important time. I have a good article on my site here http://www.healthandstrength.net/qofweekb.htm that talks about the importance of sleep and how STRESS can make actually make you fatter.
6. BE POSITIVE. Be thankful every day and love yourself
7. BE CONSISTANT! That I think is the KEY to losing weight. So what if you went a week and only lost a pound...or didnt lose any...KEEP going. DON'T stop. This is a lifelong commitment, so stick to it and one day you will open your eyes and need a new wardrobe!
8. Eat more veggies and skinny friendly foods. I have my list of my top ten foods that I ate to lost weight here http://www.healthandstrength.net/tenfoods.htm...
80% veggies at every meal including breakfast will keep you young and help you lose weight.
9. Do the little things that count! Check out 10 cool ideas that you can do to help boost your calorie burn throught the day here: http://www.healthandstrength.net/tips.htm

Good luck and don't forget that YOU are the only one who decides what foods enter your body and how long you sit around. Make the change, take the chance and give yourself time! You can do it. I know you can!
