I don't know what you mean, but God doesn't care how old you are. I'm 15 years old, I became a born again Christian at the age of 7 or something like that.

It's difficult to say anything of God since different belief systems (even within the same religion) believe different things. But I believe that most would say no. In Christianity, God loves all people regardless of their age, sex, race or creed and wishes for a closer relationship with everyone. In Deism, God doesn't necessarily care for anyone, but is a distant being who created the natural laws that control our lives.
What you believe is up to you. If you believe in God and believe that he is loving and believe that he loves you no matter your age, so be it. All that matters is that you are happy with your beliefs.
