Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. You need to start withering away your fat by doing cardio. Preferably 5 times a week each session about 30 to 60 min.(these sessions should be of low to moderate intensity) Of those five try to do one or two interval sessions of 20 min.(these sessions will be intense for 30sec-1min. while alternating with low exercise of 1-2 min.) Then of course you need to make smart choices in your eating.

Eat far less food then nessasary cut out all sugars when possible exercise as much as you feel comfortable with the more you exercise the easier it becomes and fun to do.And find good fillers rice melons fruit and vegtables no soft drinks beer ectNO SUGAR !!!

the only way you will lose that fat is from diet and exercise. no matter how many abs exercises you do you cant lose that. Only cardio will get the job done!

Cardio.
Sit ups are no help. You can't target a specific area.
You either lose fat all over your body or none at all.

Put weights on your legs while sitting in a chair snd lift your legs into your chest. Avoid high calorie meals and drink only light beer or clear spirits (if you drink)

Limit your carbohydrate intake.
Or as far as exercise goes, PILATES. Get a cheap DVD and try it out at home. It KILLS abs.
