All people acquire a grade, and they can only go as high as that grade takes them. Being a preacher in one of the 4 false religions lowers the grade but there are many factors involved. And being guilty of child abuse certainly lowers the grade. There are heavens. There are places and gradations in the lower heavens, close to the earth, that is Atmospherea.
Not everyone goes to even the lower heavens. Some are not admitted. That is a privelege that is earned or it doesn't come. If a person belongs to one of the false god's 4 false religions instead of worshipping the Creator and they do go to that false religions falsegod's heaven they are likely to be made slaves, forced to crawl on stairs reciting prayers for a long time. It is not pleasant or meant to be pleasant.

In Christianity, a soul is purged before it reaches Heaven. For Catholics, this means that a soul with venial sins remaining that has still attained grace must spend time working off its sins in Purgatory until it reaches a state of perfection and ascends to heaven.

For Protestants, the purging of the soul is usually considered to be an instantaneous and painless action in which all sinfulness is shed and the soul is glorified instantly.

Regardless, being a child molester is an earthly and sinful thing. A soul that is brought into Heaven will be cleansed of any such impurity.

I guess you would need to understand what the meaning of repentance is. Repentance means a total change in the way of thinking. So whether the person is a child abuser, or a murderer of Christians like the Apostle Paul, when they repent and believe in Christ with all their hearts, they become new creatures. Jesus died for all sinners, including you and me.
That means He paid the penalty. And He makes new people out of us.
There will be no child abuser, or murderer, in Heaven. But there will be people who have been made new creatures, who were formerly those things.
"Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters.....nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God." (1 Corinthians 6:9-11)

The point of repentance is that the person is radically changed. If the person is not radically changed, then there is no true repentance and the paedophile or whatever does not "go to heaven". This is the purpose of the judgement.

Anywhere these people go isn't good in my humble opinion. The whole concept of permanent forgiveness and absolution no matter what you do is a plague on this society

If you say the words "Jesus is Lord" then you go to heaven.

Not only can you then behave as you like (if you immediately then say the above formula) but when you get to heaven you can say (as the Christian Tertullian did) "I can sit on the edge of heaven and watch my enemies burn in hell".

If you are sorry on earth, and ask Jesus to forgive you and take Him into your life you will go to Heaven, we all have a new body when we go, we are born again of the Spirit

But each has a price to pay, our sins may be forgiven but the price they pay in heaven is very high, for every wrong there is a price
